ER Media (Ethnographic Research Media) offers production and post-production of ethnographic and in-context research. Services include videography, editing, and DVD authoring. I can work in any NTSC video format. I can shoot in high definition or standard definition with small, unobtrusive cameras or larger ones with better images. ER Media has been at it since 2004, producing ethnographic videos for its corporate clients. Clients have included a variety of Fortune 500 companies with videos ranging from four-minute long, slick snippets to three-hour documentaries detailing extensive project findings.

ER Media is run by me, Steve Hagelman. I was one of the founders of Ethnographic Research, Inc. in 2001 and have worn a lot of the hats in running an ethnographic research outfit. After about seven years, I decided that the video hat fit best, and looked pretty sharp, too. I am a sociologist with gobs of experience working in business ethnography, in the field and out of it.

People Path, LLC.Christina Bolas owns People Path, an outfit that uses ethnography to help its clients get a deep understanding of aging populations, boomers, and retirement (among other things). Christina also has an interesting blog that's certainly worth a look.

Pacific Ethnography is Ken Erickson's company that has in its ranks a rag tag crew of globetrotters that do a lot of work in developing markets. Pacific excels at using video for ethnographic storytelling.
